Workmanship warranty
We back the workmanship on all of our renovations and additions for two years. If something we built isn't right, we come back and make it right.
Product warranties
The products and materials installed in your home — appliances, fixtures, windows, finishes and the like — carry their own manufacturer warranties. We install everything to spec so those warranties stay valid, and we'll help you understand what's covered and for how long.
The standard behind it
The warranty is the paperwork. The real guarantee is how we work: we hold our trades to a high standard and have them redo work that isn't up to par before you ever see it. We'd rather get it right the first time.
1-year walk-through
The 1-year walk-through is a clear milestone for reviewing the completed workmanship.
2-year walk-through
The 2-year walk-through provides a final review point within Knight's existing two-year workmanship warranty.
