The people responsible for the work stay close to the planning. Early decisions about scope, layout and finishes carry through to the construction phase instead of being handed from one disconnected group to another.

Carpentry kept in-house

Carpentry is where Knight began, and it remains central to the work. Keeping that craft in-house gives the company more control over millwork, built-ins and the finish details clients see and use every day.
