  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with building codes, plans, specifications, and Knight Custom Homes’ quality standards
  • Take ownership of project timelines, quality, and overall site performance
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment
  • Represent Knight Custom Homes professionally when interacting with clients and trade partners
  • Embody our core values of intentionality, honour, craftsmanship, and a commitment to creating a positive and rewarding workplace

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s licence in good standing
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a fun and respectful workplace
